Maybe pay back the 3 mil tax write off with the stroke of a pen? Just re-consolidate (reverse the 2021 deconsolidatiion) Medi-Ri with the stroke of a pen.
Then find the pyrolysis equipment that caused so much stock dilution and bammm! Medrecycler LLC and Medi-Ri get handed back over to the shareholders from snpw's the ceo.
