I wrote Rory this morning saying there was confusion about the 700 million votes. This is his reply which basically confirms they are to meet the minimum amount needed but will not change the outcome of however the shareholders vote.

“They are voted automatically 1 time to get whatever the vote is by the common shares above the 50% of total outstanding threshold and then they are expunged. They cannot and do not change the vote of the common. “
