Not sure everyone knows what this is which was also mentioned in the previous filing. Doing it from memory so feel free to correct.
I believe this ensures there will be enough votes for the two items in the proxy to be considered. When some companies have a proxy up for voting, if not enough people vote (i.e. majority), then you try again at a latter date. This would give VERB enough votes to consider both items.
It does NOT alter the voting outcome at all. Just ensures there will be an outcome. It's a really, really smart thing to do.
