let me say this about taxes before I forget. first, get an account's advice. next, if you sell and make big money I would strongly suggest creating an IRS account online and pay what you estimate you owe immediately.

I have made the mistake of putting that $ aside and then reinvesting it thinking it can't come down. then it did and I got stuck with an IRS payment plan. not cool!!!
