perfect timing following medrecycler llc and medrecycler-ri dropping out of snpw umbrella?

are Snpw shareholders no longer owning any of medrecycler-ri though a medrecyler llc relationship? does the ceo own 100% (100,000 CNP shares) of the entity (former subsidiary) medrecycler-ri no longer affiliated with snpw? ri secretary of state website seems to indicate same ceo of medi-ri.
so, now medrecycler-ri, with ri sos website showing same snpw ceo, decides to try and revive the project...after medrecycler llc is no longer a snpw subsidiary?
perfect timing, for one, but not for former and current shareholders left holding the bag, who also may have invested in snpw due to medrecycler llc's potential pyrolysis facility?
