But what you’re trying to suggest is Micah was found liable on multiple charges, which he wasn’t, and if EXPL hits it big he will simply defraud shareholders and the SEC won’t do anything about it. Not like they’re not pissed after losing 95% of their case with an appeal to the 11th Circuit.
