Also, it occurred to me whether Mr. Scum and his probable co-conspirators were the beneficiaries of selling shares from the first tranche of NuGen (i.e., NUGX) shares, leaving the untradeable shares to others. That would explain both the how and why no one ever answered the questions I and others posed about NUGX being listed and traded suddenly, and for a very short time.
Maybe Holobeam has caught wind of the con man's history and prowess at scamming others. On the other hand, maybe they are the latest circus to come to town...
