Hempfusion CEO Jason Mitchel is screwing all his shareholders out of millions of dollars! He promised to become current with his audited financials(that are 3 years late). He stated in a press release 5 months ago that the sale of one of their previously owned products would yield them plenty of money for them to accomplish becoming current. Well looks like that was a lie and now CBDHF(hempfusion stock) got downgraded to Expert Market where all stocks eventually go to no bid. This means that everyone who has money invested in CBDHF will lose everything my family, friends, and I have lost THOUSANDS. Its funny how he was so cordial when we had correspondence but now that its the end game, he's nowhere to be found(not responding to emails nor phone messages). Stay away from this guy AND his company IMHO.
