Just want to remind the board that no where does it state 50 million is needed for financing the US Solar Panels manufacturing facility.

The 50 million dollar insurance wrap covers the whole operation.

$50 Million Insurance via "A" Investment Grade Underwriter to Support US Solar Manufacturing Plant; Marketing of Clean Energy Tech with FoxESS & Marine Electric: Sun Pacific (Stock Symbol: SNPW)

Yeah, OK! Read every tweet starting with insurance wrap due diligence Oct. 17th start date tweet (all about 50 Mil solar factory only) until Einstein thought it would sound better to make it the Alabama building, still up for sale, a one stop shop to bake a bunch of different cakes in late November 2022. LOL

Then came the newborn Elba Power Corp entering the circus...and no more mention of Sun Pacific Power...that actually received the insurance wrap grade (supposedly?) LOL

Then another Sun Pacific Power subsidiary, by the name of Medrecycler , got buried . All that's left to unload for Sun Pacific Power is street smart advertising . Other SPP subsidiaries like Bella Electric ... gone , Sun Pacific Security .... gone , Medi-Ri ... gone . LMAO

You see how all of the failed baggage is getting thrown out of the Sun Pacific Power shell? Why is that? Trying to sterilize snpw and hold hands and marry EPC? 2017 all over again except here comes Elba Power Corp and some sorry profit sharing agreement with SPP ending up with 20% of the profits.

Creative toxic financing hooked to a PS agreement is the only chance for SPP?...I mean Elba Power Corp to get a loan. Haha. Then nothing ever gets built and back to online LED lighting store marketing another company's products while another Foxess product never hit the states.

in my humble opinion

cheers
