Update - February 21 [after close]
"SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
The company is moving along past releasing the last law suit.
The management will be posting an updated plan and how BDGR and other Co-development companies will perform both here, and overseas.
As a quick follow up, I just wanted to state that the "overseas" and European recent developments are not affecting our deals.
We feel encouraged by our new co-op and joint ventures with our other companies.
I will be posting more updates as soon as they become available for distribution.
