It's still listed for sale on broker's site based on the broker's listing contract with the seller. It's not rocket science. Does anyone think a seller would actually let a broker list their property if it was tied up with some non-refundable deposit money versus a meaningless LOI game? If I'm the seller, that property is for sale and it better be up on my broker's website listings for sale page.
No matter how much some try and spin crap it never works out in the end. The Elba building purchase hyped up promo will be no different than those shovels that were supposed to hit Mexican dirt in Durango by 12/31/21. Now, it's just dust in the wind.
