It is extremely frustrating to be bombarded by investors demands from investors who hold between $5,000 to $10,000 investment in the company and are not aware what is going on in the company and what demands the management is under both regulatory and financial to perform for the best of company.  At this point the Company stock cannot be used either for acquisition or payment of consultants because an S1 has not been filed.  We just retained a new attorney to file same documents.  This is a time consuming and expensive process.  We are in the process of securing a broker dealer license which is a very costly due to regulatory issues and requirement for various exports and consultants.  Our marketing efforts to raise investment for our gold properties is also a nerve racking process.  As far as preparation of the financials the cost in in the high five figures.  So I hope that our shareholders appreciate the investment being made into the company by the Management team not only in form of time (with no salary drawn) but also in cash.  So I hope that all you who believe that we must bend over backwards to assist you in making a quick buck begin to understand what an undertaking we have taken to make this into a real company.
