Points to ponder: 1. We hopefully don't have to vote on anything.
2. We are guaranteed no offerings or splits until 04-10-23. 3. The proxy had to be filed on that date, if not the right would have been waved as an option.
4.Verb has been working with Alantra for 5 months on not just one but (multiple) offers the board is considering. 5. If Verb does vote RS-then no need to add shares. 6. If no reverse and back to OTC then additional shares will be needed. 7. Nothing has to be decided today, this just preserves the right for shareholders ability to wait until April, then decide.
