If you were Verb and you may issue a special dividend, would you do it before or after the April meeting?

If there is a short squeeze at some point soon because of the dividend, how would that exactly work?

Lastly, if the share price ran up to $1, $4, $8, because of a squeeze, how would warrants come into play? Those warrants would be 'in the money'. A number of them only have a little over a year left. I would imagine those that hold them would exercise. Verb gets cash. Send share price even higher. Win-Win
