Ault only holds the warrants from those offerings. I believe he sold all the shares. For a long time I speculated that Ault was aiming for a cheap buyout of verb but Aults plans fell through to increase AS and likely killed that opportunity if it was ever a thing.

Ault should have about 27M warrants and for some reason we are only getting shown 7M through the ownership filing. Keep in mind all these warrants come out of lock in April and have a .34 conversion price.
