So, I am going to put myself in a CEO position:
My Company is being attacked by Naked Shorts, shorts and people with malicious intentions...
I need to get the PPS at $1 for 10 days before May 2023 to comply with Nasdaq listing requirements.
I need to raise capital and also make sure institutional investor's are able to buy my stock and invest.
I need to complete a merger and or acquisition but unable to due so for lack of funds, current PPS to raise any and trying to avoid toxic funding.
I cut salaries and other operations costs.
I hear about a new war started against Naked Shorts and join the fight.
I see my PPS boom and decide to do a capital raise.
My capital raise is done. I payoff senior debt. I get and institutional investor buying millions of shares.....who know what else on deal....
My house is getting cleaned up of debt and expenses. I now have an end in sight to complete my plans.
I have to file form with the SEC to show plans before my May 2023 deadline.
I received reports that Naked shorting and FTA'S are happening.
My end game is to trap these criminals by thinking an RS is needed 100% for they are going to hammer my PPS down.
I come out with HUGE NEWS that will push this to over $1 before May after banking all my plans come to play and catch everyone in a squeeze play. Dividends, RS etc.....I have tools.
My opinion that's all. Anything is possible nothing is guaranteed!!
