Promotion is about pps, which is what SFRX is CONsumed with, as are you.
No one is promoting EXPL. There was/is no market for the shares.
I keep saying that and you say that’s promoting.
Promoting is telling marks not to sell too fast as the share price rises. Or saying it can go to $10 a share on some bullshit claim about there being a trillion dollars of sunken treasure on the oceans floor.
You were even blabbing about how fast the SFRX share price went from .008’s to a penny a couple weeks ago. If someone really believed tonnage, why would they care about a penny?

EXPL has non dilutive funding, upgraded the research vessel, modified equipment, and a pipeline of wrecks. Some wrecks have already been positively identified.
