Let's discuss some facts . About 2 months ago Ben sets up a new company with Brahmarsk that shows MCIC as the website. In the last few weeks he was seen flying to Israel and just happens to add a person there as a DIRECTOR in this new company. All of this is not just random junk he did because he was bored. Now we can note that Ben did not bring Tony or Michael from Guardstruments into the new company he set up. I would assume conflict of interest or non-compete issue with Guardstruments verses MCIC/Secure Global but that does not make sense because Ben would have signed same forms as Tony when they worked with Michael at Guards. Plus, why would Ben want 2 private companies (Guards&Secure Global) COMPETING against MCIC on PPE sales?

All that said now we have a third company represented on the board of directors at Secure Global Technologies. Ouriel Medical in Israel. We know they were doing a nice business years ago in Europe and places. But the big question is why fly 1/2 way around the world and bring them into the company?

They even use MCIC as the address for Secure Global Technologies. We assume they do not need a website because they plan on using MCIC per filing.

So, we are looking, watching, and snooping around Derry Avenue trying to figure out what Ben is doing in regards to so many companies he is working with? This is not even taking consideration Tony's contacts in Georgia and NY and we have seen a clear digital trail to those crews/companies. Just take a flipping wall like investigators do - put up pictures, documents, strings, circle junk, draw arrows, and write all over the wall in hopes of solving the puzzle?

All shareholders including Ben Friedman are here to make money on a penny stock and move to a tropical island. I think this is really the biggest clue on how we get there -
