Assuming Paulson reps are out there looking for more accredited investors, and I have no reason not to believe buc's post, the logical reason for "exciting news soon" is because they're aware of how close we are to having the hold lifted. After all, Cyrus has made it clear that the hold is first up, so any "exciting" things would happen after. Hopefully some would drop immediately after, like a partner and a Nash trial.
The exact wording, by the way, was "a lot of exciting news expected soon". Might the inclusion of "a lot" mean that we'll see some truly significant moves forward once the hold is up? A rebrand isn't necessarily all that exciting. The hold being lifted is exciting, but only in that it means the pause button has been disengaged. We already know it's safe. I'm seeing the Nash trial being started and some sort of partnership or collaboration kicking off in tandem. Or back to back. Maybe there are a few cancer collabs that are just waiting on the news as well.
And maybe the need for more accredited investors isn't to fully fund the Nash trial, but to help fund the Nash trial. Or to fund general operations. If they can land a partner to handle Nash they could afford to spend some money on cancer sooner.
Clearly I'm feeling optimistic this morning. Probably because after a stomach bug ravaged the entire Respert clan, your hero was finally feeling normal last night and enjoyed a steak for the first time in what feels like months. Clio, in case you're wondering what the wine was.
Everything's coming together soon.
Maybe.
Probably.
Hopefully.
