UNVC: Dalton has a hard time paying UNVC's bills 09/20/2018 Here is more debt that UNVC owed that all on the other board knew about and kept hide from investors
This report is from a long who paid for it from the state of Delaware.
The report doesn't seem to indicate the years. Under tax info it has just 4 categories, tax due ($ 332.832.82), annual assessment ($180,000.00), last annual report filed (2011), and total auth shares (5005000000). That $180k/yr seems insane to me but I looked it up and DE bases the franchise taxes on A/S apparently. That's so expensive, totally unreasonable for a dormant company, imho. Seems to me that should be somewhat negotiable now they're trying to get current, but idk and definitely that process would be fraught with bureaucracy imo.
