When a bank initiates foreclosure proceedings on a house, all they want is their investment back. Any profit would go to the owner which the bank could care less about. And the house buyer wants the property as cheap as possible since they also could care less about the previous owner. GNBT is/was in the same boat. It just sucks to be the owner of a foreclosure.
