I remember reading about a clause in their contract with GHS which stipulated a minimum number of authorized shares be in place that corresponded to the amount of financing accessed. The $250 million restricted shares you referred to may have triggered the increase in authorized shares. I'm sure once they've finalized whatever they've applied it to we'll get some news.
