Some people sure try to mislead don't they.
Property at the present time is only available to the company that has the LOI at the present time.
No one else absolutely no one else can purchase the property as long as the LOI is in effect. Period!
Others have the ability to put offers just in case the LOI is cancelled but until then no one else can purchase the property.
Back up offers only come in to effect when the original buyer fails to buy.
