The site domain was registered as HTTPs so it needs a security certificate. The domain is registered to 2024 not that web hosting is paid just the domain is reserved to that time. We don't know why it's down Bluehost has a 5 dollar a month plan. So does look like it's because moving sites or going to a different hosting plan when ready.
