Very Weak Leadership. Company has failed at every turn over the past 5+ years.
Track record is horrendous. Twitter is no longer the savior.

Sun Pacific Security - dissolved
Streetssmart subsidiary - on it's last leg after Ri transit contract terminated. Filing shows no more than $3,300 of monthly income across 40 NJ bus shelters and 100's of Florida bus benches.
Medrecycler LLC subsidiary - looking more and more like no longer a snpw subsidiary as the entity's status has been in default with state of Nevada since June 2022; registered agent has resigned; snpw (ceo) pledged 100% of the stock to the ceo (himself) as of December 31, 2022
Light Towers - nothing happening - zero sales - promoted on twitter (not available on websites)
Solar Bus Shelters nothing happening - never installed - for sale on twitter (not available on websites)
Australia Feed Stocks - never happened after 1 1/2 years
Australia solar farm - supposed funding source identified - never happened going on 3 years - - no mention of subsidiary National Mechanical Group (project partner w/ Reeau) for almost a year.
Durango, Mexico solar farm - supposedly funded - never happened after 4 years
Non-glass solar panel UL Certification - never happened after 3 years since patents issued
2022 3Q 10-Q/September 30, 2022 - $1,200 accounts receivables remaining
PT.IDN OEM - zero SPP solar panel sales after 11 months as partner
Foxess global distributor - zero battery sales and zero distribution (no product shipped from Foxess since June 2022)
