You don't want to see OTC companies "actively promoting" their stock. That's usually what you see with a "pump and dump" operation which is far too often a means for insiders to fill their pockets. The best way to "promote" the stock is to do exactly what I stated in my last reply to you in which I said the management team is growing the VALUE of the stock via revenue growth. The fundamentals will do the "active promoting" for you once they become extremely attractive to investors. Once that occurs, then they would be in position to take steps toward up-listing to a major exchange which would open the doors for larger investment groups and institutional investors. They'll get there, but not by fluff pumping the stock which, by the way, they have not done.
