Gogold got these mines in March 2019, so that's four years already. Even though Carlos' post showed there were legal disputes, nothing new has come of it. If I was in a legal dispute with someone about mining concessions I would let the judge know that this other party sold the mining concessions even with a preventative annotation. Then the judge would declare the contract null and void. It hasn't happened yet. This remains a waiting game unless MSJ sells the SRGE shell to another party.
