agree, cryptic filings are annoying and a bit of explanation would be helpful.
my other concern is Cyrus' promotion. if he hit his goals, according to his hiring agreement, he was to be promoted within 6 months. his hire date was July 9th 2022, so we are about a month beyond the 6 months trigger. i would have expected a press release to signal to shareholders they are tracking to plan but there is o press release to date.
