I do believe Dalton is cooking something big. I invested in him because of CBD and Cannibus. The "Bureaucracy" is the United States government. Many options here and that's ok. But, WE NEED THE BANKING ACT PEOPLE! (IMO), the BANKING ACT passes Dalton will kick the doors wide open.
