Uh oh! Looks like someone has been triggered by my ruminations today.
Miz Ellie, why are you so concerned with me posting my thoughts and old press releases? The company wrote them, not me.
Why would I call Garcia? He was a consultant and would not be allowed to give out specific insider info.
This is quite interesting. How many of you knew that this was going on? I don’t remember seeing anything in a Press Release or in filings that there were problems with Garcia’s evaluations and MarMar was ignoring him ?
If the CEO’s hands were contractually tied with MarMar and the PR’s said MarMar was to cover all costs, then why did we find out after the fact, that Mexus was funding everything? Wouldn’t that be in breach of contract? Sure seems like it to me, so the “PT’s hands were contractually tied” bit doesn’t really hold water.
Seems like asking about memo also struck a nerve. According to the company PR, Mexus hired him, yet the filings for those periods state there are no employees. Since you seem to be privy to quite a bit of info that hasn’t been publicly disseminated, how do you explain that oddity?
And Yes Miz Ellie, I know where all my former employees and ranch hands are and how they are doing, even going back farther than 7 years.
From the Private Mexus Board compliments of anonymous.
Why didn’t you contact Robert Garcia to ask him, Badger Bob?

Well, it seems as usual that Badgerbob is asking other Mexus shareholders to do his own DD, but I’ll give him a hint. It’s no mystery that PT’s hands were tied with the unfortunate agreement with MarMar. Right? Already old news, and Robert Garcia was there NOT as a PERMANENT employee, but as a well respected consultant. As I understand, from shareholders doing their own due diligence, that almost all of Robert’s professional evaluations and suggestions offered were totally ignored by MarMar’s select people at that time. If you recall, PT’s hands were contractually tied from overseeing the Merrill Crowe plant at that time. MarMar’s own select people under his own hiring, ( not PT’s hiring) were making all kinds of mistakes and refusing to adhere to Robert’s recommendations. You could have freely called Robert yourself, Badgerbob, and as I understood it, some shareholders did just that after his finishing with the consulting work. We never think that it is our obligation to do your own due diligence. Thus, not until PT regained control would any credible attempt be given to Robert’s findings/ suggestions to correct the chemical formula for extracting gold. Robert observed, evaluated, gave suggestions, and moved on.....most certainly knowing by observations that MarMar’s people were not going to abide by his suggestions. All shareholders at some point learned of the extra salty concoction that set us back in money and time under MarMar’s control, and every shareholder was free to contact this independent consultant about the problem. MarMar lost their contractual rights in court several years ago, while Mexus legally gained back control. We also used MarMar to gain the use of more heavy earth moving equipment for the the work to be done for the heap leaching pads.
Who cares about Memo Guillermo’s whereabouts, since it was announced in a former PR that he was employed by Mexus. I’m not completely certain who hired him....MarMar or PT, since things were running a muck in the control of the chemical extraction formula. Anyway, who cares about tracking a mining superintendent from way back in 2016-17? I’m not wasting my time on the “Where’s Waldo” game. Do you remember and keep track of the whereabouts of every person that you were employed with or hired back 6 or 7 years ago? If you want to research that, Badger, go right ahead. LoL! Good grief....much to do about nothing.
Yes, we will look forward to more confessions about manipulations taking place on Flubhub too, as well as other Flub like boards.
