Apparently NASDAQ had a problem with OTC stocks whose symbols started with A-L. NONE of those OTC stocks showed the volume, or the correct bids and asks. It's "just a technical glitch" -- one that enabled the market makers to help their hedge fund shortseller buddies run rampant over the OTC companies.
