Please read the most recent 10-Q filing again. Maybe you skimmed over it by mistake.
The 2022 Q-10 filing shows 10+ Mil accumulated & total deficit combined. And you left out almost a $ million in non-convertible loans during 2021 and 2022.

Company's accumulated and total deficit grew by 354K from September 30, 2021 thru September 30, 2022.
Analogy:
"Dad I'm steady. I got another D on my math test for the 5x time in a row"
Standing Still & Steady or Steadily standing still while solar industry laps the company again...for another year.
