Per the OTC filing 7.65M restricted shares we issued to them on June 27 with a 12mo restriction period. Not sure if more have been issued because they have stopped being transparent through OTC filings. It's strange to me that there are only 102M restricted  shares now, when AHS should have 106M (even the 7.65M has not come off restriction yet). I think when they come off restriction the restricted shares go down and float goes up while O/S and A/S stay the same. I don't think the 46M treasury shares has anything to do with the JV, I think the last two changes have had a lot to do with paying the settlement
