Its possible doc has given up on His big business plan and just dumping whatever co he has into this
" business exchange"
and is willing to let the exchange do all the work..
It's like moving into 55 plus community, buy in and they do the work, cut grass ,take care of pool etc
So exchange might clean up docs mess and add it to this new black exchange.
Any thoughts on this
