(Pink Sheets:MNTR) reports that for 2013  it has added Galena Biopharma Corporation (NASDAQ:GALE), NewLink Genetics Corporation (NASDAQ:NLNK), Vical Incorporated (NASDAQ:VICL) and Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE MKT:INO) to its proprietary Cancer Immunotherapy Index.
