It’s called “soft bashing.” Typical soft basher posts start off talking about how they are long-term investors and they are just ever so optimistic about the company…. EXCEPT, golly, maybe this one thing means the company is in big trouble. Or, they start off “I’m a new investor and I was wondering about…..” followed by a series of questions designed to make people nervous about the company.
