This one peaked my interest, got on here to hopefully find out what this de-registering means? Any examples of other companies doing this? That may give us a clue? I am assuming just simple cleaning up; however, they need to sustain investment somehow....

What happened to the Amarex lawsuit? Maybe its settled, and they do not need the funds, then deregister? or Merger and Acquisition? no funds needed then either, or just game over

Who is the big brain with no bias that we figure out this mystery?
