So this means that the registered shares are no long registered.

There were like 200 million shares registered under those statements (adding in my head, just an approximation). But we don't know how many of those shares went unsold, nor do we know at what price they were being offered for sale (without looking each registration statement up).

Maybe it's just cleanup. But the fewer shares that are registered, the better. And you have to ask yourself, why clean up now?
