Definitely no need at this time, and hopefully never. If revenue growth continues on it's present course, they have the option of shrinking the OS count themselves. The management group and board members all have a substantial number of common shares of RMHB. Actually, they collectively own about 40% of the outstanding common shares, so there's definitely a lot of incentive to increase the value of those shares.
