Recently there has been a lot of selling of Company stock, and probably from people who have held this Stock for a significant amount of time. The price is not rising, but continues a downward spiral.

Has not the time come for CAPC to do a R/S to get the Outstanding Shares reduced where the stock would become attractive to new investors?
