I can't say for sure what CHA stands for. When I previously tried researching this question the terminal contacted Bob and i got in a litlle trouble so I promised Bob I would not contact the terminal to enquire as to the ship codes. I believe at that time so many people were contacting mexican ministries and agencies that Bob was catching heat from them in regards to companies standing. Hence I backed off on investigating any further. But as Bingo says its probably Wheat and Scraps.
