In my opinion they are very deliberate in their moves and press releases/filings. The Chinese are a patient people and tend to focus more on longer term objectives unlike the typical American that focuses on day to day goals. I can understand some frustration as we would all have liked to see the shell filled in all of it's glory by now. It's a new year and I think we will see the filings any day now. JMO
I wonder if Liu Yicheng has put out his end of year and new year video like he did last year. I haven't been searching for it but last year it came out on January 31st.
Anyway I am in for the long haul and still nibbling here and there while we wait.
