To reply to the issues you just raised:
1. You purchased the shares on the market from someone else who was invested in SPOOFEM. Not one penny of your investment had gone into our company coffers. If that is not understood then I do not know how to explain it better.
2. At this point we are not raising money i.e. we are not selling stock. We are not looking for buyers of our stock. The PR being issued is for information purposes only to our existing shareholder base that was inherited from the previous company SPOOFEM or who had purchased shares from sellers that owned stock in the previous company. MIHL had not issued or sold one new share since inception. Therefore National PR will only benefit investors who had purchased shares from other investors in the old company not MIHL. The company will not make any money on the stock either going up or loose money on the stock coming down. No cost benefit to a company that is not selling stock or raising money. As far as marketing 101 - I agree publicity is everything if you are selling something. We are not selling anything so what good is the expensive publicity at this time?
3. As far as $1000 - our existing shareholders, many of whom are flippers, would like us to issue national PR every week the cost of same is $52,000 on top of other expenses being carried by the company in order to develop it. All investment to day had come from the Management Group and it is in the area of high six figures to get the company going which at this time is not yet cashflowwing. You have $5,000 invested yet you ask us to spend at least $1000 a week more for something that we at this time do not see as cost effective.
