Iggy my man,  thanks for bringing that over to the board.  I have a feeling that TECO learned some valuable cement lessons on SJ1&2 but were able to gather some evidence of oil in the process.  I think they know there is oil there and if we can get the GOB to give a nod of the head then the PPS should rocket IMO.  "TECO is incredibly excited about this project"
