The last blog stated we won't get the form-10 till after they modify this year's 10k to reflect a primary cash basis as they did in the previous 10k's. Because they haven't done that for some reason yet lolzz
That may be done this week and THEN they will have to submit that for the audit and THEN they might file the form-10 if the legal opinion and auditor statements don't delay it even further.
I'm not holding my breath but maybe by some miracle he actually comes through with the form-10 this year.
