Where is the business debt coming from?
Doc says he has private black business that he wants to merge with his new business, then let him open his books and say " this business i will put into the new business.
If he is selling syringes??? great !! We had two years of covid causing millions to use vaccine, needing syringes, he must of made money on it, in his private business..many made money, remember govt throwing money into vaccine etc pandemic etc
