I respect you but you are being a little misleading. 29 million dollars is not common for an OTC company and surely not nothing and more than expected for a company that was not doing business. I still hold stock because I believe the scope of the business would make this manageable Doc did take some reserve and converted it into common a stock I was expecting to do that with shareholders owning 50% of the company instead of 70+ as before.
It sure looks like from the previous filing that a few million shares were sold. Time of the sales do not look like stock was being pumped by DOC as that time to maximize
I have no problem that DOC giving him 50% ownership of a company he created. Selling 64,000 dollars worth of shares is also insignificant.
So, you are mostly correct Doc sold a small number of shares. It is so small it could be overlooked. I am correct 29 million is considered a large amount of debt to most. Doc could write it off or we have Nasdaq company that DOC deserves the extra share and it would be a 1 quarter impairment in the financials. I enjoy your post and really don't want to start a debate on the facts. Mostly because I don't care enough at this juncture. We get an 8K it would be investment grade and worth debating the details
