The latest distributor, https://recoveryrx.carrd.co/, is one more arrow added to an already impressive, expanding, quiver. It's late in the game to rehash all the accomplishments of BIEL to date. I think the ideal time is NOW for a business entity to be in negotiations w/ us. It could be an infusion of cash. Or perhaps an offer of a couple of 'advisors' to the BIEL business to grease the skids, so to speak. This scenario seems very, very obvious to me. BIEL knows what they have. We have too many business relationships w/ too many companies in too many countries worldwide for there not to be somebody w/ a triple digit IQ and a functioning brain to ask, "Ok, now what the hell is going here, anyway?" Not to mention our own people who have business connections. At this point, the probability of this being a reality is rapidly approaching 100%.
I agree w/ a host of other posters who have each stated that any cooperation leading to a future collective venture, a merger, or a buyout can be designed a myriad number of ways. The current structure of BIEL is NOT an impediment to a successful agreement. The most important point to remember is that in considering an agreement, the probability of serious future potential business carries more weight than what success has been achieved by the company alone, to date - i.e. - the proverbial 'irons in the fire' vis-a-vis the No Pain Act (NPA), even though it stipulates it is to be implemented in 2025, should be strongly emphasized. NOW is the time to get crackin'.
That seems like a long way off, a little less than 2 yrs. Considering the magnitude of the task, it really isn't. The reality is that the NPA opens up all of Medicare and Medicaid, which is a variation of an insurance program. Insurance companies will then, in all likelihood fall in line and offer it to their customers, then the military, and don't forget all the other countries of the world and all their 'insurance' programs. We are talking about tens of millions of customers, annually. Setting up a reliable (Viant/Meraqi ???) distribution network takes a considerable effort. There is not a moment to lose.
