Let me ask the question this way. What are they going to do if the crust is a bust?
Are they gonna wait on other permits?
It’s been about 18 months since they pried Juno from the state, and the site has sat idle.
If they need an Admiralty claim you’re looking at a couple months.
Chop, chop.
It only takes a weekend. They need to think big, not talk big.
Get those sites lined up in case they hit a speed bump and/or come up empty.
The crust doesn’t need to be an excuse for idleness, nor does a dry hole or waiting on the state to approve a site plan.
