That is exactly right. If you are entering into a new agreement whether partnership, M&A, etc. you don't need the old baggage. Is $50M line of investment, credit, etc. coming VERB's way. idk, but it's sure interesting watching this play out. Many possibilities.

A well know company could have bought a bunch of shares on the open market over the last few months. Maybe a ton on Monday. Maybe even own a good chunk of the float now. The deal gets announced, share price goes up and they can invest their profits into VERB. Easy peasy shortie squeezy.
